How we achieve industrial quality

1.⁠ ⁠Preparation of raw materials:

Log sorting (Sweden)
At the entrance, calibration and sorting by diameter and quality are carried out,which ensures product homogeneity and the efficiency of further processing.

Log debarking – Valon Kone (Finland)
Careful bark removal without damaging the wood. This is critical for extending the lifespan of products and increasing resistance to biological damage.

2. Sawing: skill and efficiency

Sawing line on a carriage (FBS + tape, Soderhamn AKE, Sweden): Swedish precision for primary sawing of logs, ensuring the maximum useful yield of high-quality lumber.

Multi-blade circular saw (Krafter m/Double, Russia): Further high-precision cutting of the carriage into blanks of the required thickness. Russian-made equipment, proven in applications requiring reliability and productivity.

Edge trimmer (Krafter E/speed, Russia): Fine edge processing, precise board geometry. High speed and precision.

3. Sorting and drying: the foundation of durability

Board sorting line (Sweden): Automatic sorting of sawn timber by cross-section and quality before sending it to drying chambers.

Why is drying so important? Properly dried boards do not warp, retain their shape, have increased bending strength, and become resistant to rot. This is a direct requirement of the standard (BS 2482) for scaffold boards.

4. Treatment of products with fire/bio protection:

Special impregnations developed to meet the required fire protection standards (BS 2482) ensure that products meet these requirements. Bioprotection also extends the product's service life. The entire process takes place in special chambers, ensuring high-quality treatment.

5.⁠ ⁠Edge reinforcement

BS 2482 requires the protection of scaffold board ends with metal plates. These plates are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. This significantly increases the service life of the scaffold and protects the ends from board unfolding.

6. Quality control:
